Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot, better known as The Penguin, is a Gotham City villain frequently seen in LEGO Batman stories. He first appeared in the Lego Batman Movie.
In The Lego Batman Movie, Penguin is portrayed as a member of the assembled villains, constantly attempting to take over Gotham City, though he is generally easily thwarted by Batman. His appearance, as with all the LEGO characters, is blocky and cartoonish, retaining his signature monocle, top hat, and overall rotund physique.
